A Turkish military incursion into Syria has led to the rebel takeover of Jarabulus, the last major stronghold of the so-called “Islamic State” on the Turkish border. Meanwhile, the group has also lost the town of Manbij to the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces.
